This classic 1960s Eichler home in Cupertino is a prime example of mid-century modern architecture with its iconic clerestory windows, post-and-beam structure, and open floor plan. MRQC was tasked with modernizing the interior while honoring every element of the original design.
The kitchen received a complete transformation: the dated surfaces were replaced with clean, contemporary finishes that complement the home's grey and white palette.
The result is a home that feels fresh and contemporary while remaining unmistakably Eichler — a careful balance that required both construction expertise and a deep appreciation for architectural history.
